Pushpak bus fare 2026: Hyderabad airport bus fares, day and night
Pushpak airport bus fares in 2026: RGIA to every major stop by day, the cheaper fares from 10 pm to 6 am, which route to take, and how it compares with a cab.
The Pushpak airport bus fare from Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) is ₹200 to ₹450 by day, depending on how far you go: ₹200 to Shamshabad, ₹350 to Mehdipatnam or LB Nagar, and ₹450 to JBS, Miyapur or Lingampally. Between 10 pm and 6 am the same trips cost ₹50 to ₹100 less, from ₹100 to ₹400. You pay on the bus.
These are TGSRTC's fares since its June 2025 revision and the night-fare cut that followed, and the fares still reported in January 2026. Many fare tables online still show the older ₹100 to ₹300 figures, which is why quoted Pushpak fares disagree so much.

Pushpak night fares: 10 pm to 6 am
Since August 2025, Pushpak buses leaving the airport between 10 pm and 6 am are cheaper, by ₹50 to ₹100 depending on the distance. The biggest cut is on the shortest trips: the airport to Shamshabad or Pahadi Shareef is ₹100 at night, half the daytime fare. The longest, to JBS, Miyapur or Lingampally, is ₹400 instead of ₹450.
TGSRTC made the cut for passengers on late flights, and most of the network runs through the night. Four of the five routes, AJ, AL, AC and AA, have buses from the airport after midnight; only AK to Lingampally stops for the night, with its last bus at 10:30 pm.
Fares towards the airport
Going to the airport costs less than coming back. TGSRTC's June 2025 revision added ₹50 to fares towards the airport and ₹100 to fares from it, and the night reduction applies to trips from the airport. We have not found a current fare table from TGSRTC for the airport-bound direction; ₹350 from the far ends, JBS, Secunderabad and Miyapur, is the figure most often quoted. Nearer stops cost less.
Which Pushpak route to take
| Route | Serves | From the airport |
|---|---|---|
| AJ | Gachibowli, HITEC City, Kothaguda, JNTU, Miyapur | Round the clock, about every 15 min |
| AL | Pahadi Shareef, Balapur, LB Nagar, Uppal, Tarnaka, JBS | Round the clock, about every 20 min |
| AC | Shamshabad, Aramghar, Mehdipatnam (NMDC), Panjagutta, Begumpet, JBS | Round the clock, about every 30 min |
| AA | Shamshabad, Aramghar, MGBS, Secretariat, Secunderabad | Round the clock, hourly |
| AK | Lingampally, over the Outer Ring Road | 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, about every 50 min |
For the IT corridor, take AJ. For Secunderabad and the old city, AA; for Banjara Hills and Begumpet, AC; for LB Nagar, Uppal and the east, AL. Journeys take between about 70 minutes (AA and AC) and 90 minutes (AJ to Miyapur) end to end, more in peak traffic.
Every route's night departures, in both directions, are in our Pushpak timings guide.
Where to board at Hyderabad airport
Pushpak buses board at Pickup Point D. The airport moved the Pushpak stop there to shorten the walk from the terminal. Tickets are sold on the bus.
Ways to pay less
- Travel after 10 pm or before 6 am from the airport, when every fare is ₹50 to ₹100 lower.
- Buy a return. The airport lists 10% off a return journey made within 10 days.
- Use a monthly pass if you fly or commute to the airport often; the airport lists one for Pushpak.
Pushpak or a cab from the airport?
The airport publishes its radio taxi tariffs: ₹895 for the first 20 km and ₹23 a km after that with one operator, or ₹1,000 for the first 28 km and ₹27 a km with the other. The Pushpak routes into the city run 32 to 44 km, so a radio taxi over the same distance comes to roughly ₹1,100 to ₹1,450, against ₹450 on the bus by day and ₹400 at night.
For one or two people the bus is far cheaper. For three travelling together to the far end of a route, three Pushpak tickets cost about as much as one radio taxi, so the cab starts to make sense, especially with a lot of luggage.
Why Pushpak fares online disagree
Pushpak fares have changed twice since mid-2025. In June 2025 TGSRTC raised them, by ₹50 towards the airport and ₹100 away from it; in August 2025 it cut the fares from the airport between 10 pm and 6 am. Fare tables written before either change, still widely copied, give ₹100 to ₹300 or a flat ₹300. The fares above are the ones reported after both changes, and still reported in January 2026.
